September 2006, Mumbai - Cadbury BournVita Confidence Championship, India's longest running television quiz show, this week will showcase Confidence Championship top 2 finalists Bangalore's Kiran Pathakota, an international-level mridangam player competing with Indore's Palak Muchhal, a National Award winner for singing, both battling up their way to the confidence championship.

The panel of judges for the grand finale comprises of ace choreographer Farah Khan, singer Alka Yagnik, singer Palash Sen of Euphoria, Former Cricketer Arun Lal along with sarod maestro Amjad Ali Khan's two sons Amaan Ali Khan and Ayaan Ali Khan.

The audience shall witness more fun, more excitement this weekend, as the grand finale series of Cadbury BournVita Confidence Championship hits your TV screen every Friday at 7:30pm only on Sony Television.

The hunt, which started with more than one lakh school students funneled down to 2 Indian child prodigies. The winner will get awarded a trip to the Seven Wonders of the World.

Kiran Pathakota, an international level mridangam player and percussionist is aged 14 and is a student of National Academy for Learning, Bangalore. Kiran has a Special Award from President Kalam to boast of & was invited by Prime Minister to play at the SAARC conference.

Palak Muchhal, aged 13, is a student of Queen's Colelge, Indore. She has made India proud by receiving the National Child Award for Exceptional Achievment in singing by the Honourable President. By virtue of her singing she has raised close to 1 crore for children suffering from cardiac disorders. By April this year she had reached out to 200 children.
