July 30, 2008: Bubbaloo, one of the world's leading bubble gum brands, is promising to further grow the Indian bubblegum category with the launch of an exciting new variant Bubbaloo Blueberry.
The new variant will offer a mouth watering and fun filled 'Colour your Tongue' experience to bubble gum lovers in India in a first-of-its-kind innovation in the Indian bubble gum category.
Commenting on the launch, Sanjay Purohit, Executive Director - Marketing & International Business, Cadbury India said, "Bubbaloo has done very well in the first year of its launch. We are excited about the introduction of the Blueberry flavour which will lead to further excitement, interest and sales in the category."
Bubbaloo Blueberry will be supported by a whacky advertising campaign. The campaign created by Contract Advertising will communicate the core message 'Bubbaloo Blueberry colours your tongue with which you can have lots of fun.
A television commercial will be on air across channels. Popular children magazines like Chandamama and Bal Bhaskar will feature 'Go Blue with Bubbaloo' contests. The contest will invite readers to take their own pictures in a whacky manner and send it back to the address given. The wackiest ones will win prizes and their photographs will get published in the magazines. The product will be splashed on the Internet space with a strong presence on the popular websites in India. |
