The chocolate bar that I purchased has white spots on the surface? Why does this happen?
When chocolate has undergone prolonged exposure to heat and subsequent cooling it results in discolouration of the surface. This is caused by the separation of the cocoa butter, which solidifies on the surface giving it a white appearance.

Yes. We have a "no-questions-asked" replacement policy.

No. At this point in time, we do not organize any factory visits.
